The position directs all real estate development activities for the organization and manages the development of projects, including identification of properties, financial and feasibility analysis, development of budgets and timeframes, creation of architectural designs, securing public and private funds, managing project staff, consultants and contractors through the development process, monitoring the development, and selling or leasing properties.
